Following are three simple foundational spiritual practices that are guaranteed to produce positive results in your own life experience. Depending on the level of your intention, you can engage all three of these practices concurrently, or you may choose undertake them one after the other
PREPARATION
The power of any spiritual practice is directly related to the understanding that you bring to the practice. In other words, the more deeply we understand the purpose and principles associated with a practice, the more productive it will be. Therefore as a preparation for engaging these three suggested practices it is recommended that you read through the following three short items:

Read: 'The Secret of How to Change
Most people are unwilling to change unless they are forced into it by the circumstances of their lives. This short little one-page essay by the enlightened master Adi Da Samraj outlines the fundamental Principles by which we can initiate our own spiritual growth
SPIRITUAL PRACTICES

The practice of Prayer can be extremely powerful and productive when it is performed after any activity that elevates our consciousness. Consequently, to engage in Prayer after performing the GodSong Chanting Hymn will empower our Prayers to produce results in our life. Furthermore, by praying the same Prayer over and over again each day it will become deeply embedded in our subconscious nature, and will begin to operate automatically to produce results in our lives

3) Creating a Peace Plan
This simple and straightforward practice was created to assist you in developing a
greater awareness of the Presence of God in your Life. This is accomplished by simply creating a list of your 'Top 10 Ways to Think About God.' This practice was inspired by the short little essay referenced above entitled 'The Golden Key of Prayer,' by the modern day spiritual teacher Emmett Fox.
